N2 - To improve the electrical properties in solution-processed high-performance, large-area flexible electronics, we employed hybrid structures of a multifunctional organic-semiconductor/amorphous oxide semiconductor, nanomaterials/amorphous oxide semiconductors, and chaclo-gel. With the novel hybrid structures and new processing strategy, we could demonstrate enhancement of mobility, electrical stability, and exceptional mechanical stability.
