Abstract

To establish Multinational Administrative City at Sejong City, until May 2012 the Korea Government has invested about Seven billion dollar and additionally will invest about 17 billion dollar until 2030. Also, the government aim to establish Smart Green City at it, to reduce 72% of CO 2 until 2030 and to make Sejong supported by 17% of renewable energy in all of energy supply. To achieve the Plan, the government set up an institute called 'Multinational Administrative City Construction Agency (MACCA)' and contracted with KT, the largest Korea Telecom, at 21 Sep 2012. So, by MOU at first KT started four public buildings including Office Community Centre, Postal Office, Fire Station and Police Office, at Cheotmaeul which is the residential village at Sejong City. Based on it, KT is going to expand to other towns, and with MMACA, KT will establish Smart Green City. This paper is going to introduce the Smart Green City Project of Cheotmaeul, currently progressed by KT.
