Abstract

This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/our-business/policies/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the Authors. Due to errors in the bioinformatic analysis of the plasmid sequences, there was a conflict between the result of whole plasmid sequences and the experimental results. As such, the presence of prophage regions in the plasmid is unreliable. The authors apologise for the unintentional error and any confusion caused to readers.
