Abstract

We demonstrate that the performance of colloidal quantum dot (QD)-based light emitting diodes (QLEDs) can be improved significantly as a result of multilateral efforts based on fundamental understanding of the device physics and advanced device engineering. We also show the full-color patterning of QD emissive layers with a micrometer scale using QD transfer printing process.
