Pseudo gate doubling method for increasing charging time in high resolution shutter type stereoscopic 3D LCD TVs

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

As the resolution of LCD TVs increases, the technology secured the charging time has becoming important in 3D driving. This paper demonstrates the Pseudo Gate Doubling Method (P-GDM) which can double the charging time without increasing a-Si:H TFT size of the LCD panels with one-gate one-data (1G1D) pixel structure.
