Abstract

Phosphor-converted flexible white organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were fabricated with fluorescent blue OLEDs. The maximum power efficiency of the white OLEDs was 35 Im/W. A 8.4 Im/W power efficiency of original blue fluorescent OLEDs were enhanced to 17.5 Im/W by applying a light scattering layer and micro-lens array.
