Abstract

We have demonstrated organic light emitting diodes (OLED) fabrication with electrospray deposition (ESD) as a solution process alternative. OLED fabricated with ESD shows equal performance to that with spin coating in terms of surface smoothness and brightness. Using this process we could make 25mm wide organic thin film.
