Abstract
The power efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) was improved using hexaazatriphenylene-hexacarbonitrile (HAT) as the interlayer between hole injection layer and hole transport layer for efficient hole injection. The hole injection was enhanced and the driving voltage was lowered by the HAT interlayer. A high power efficiency of 73.3 lm/W was obtained from the green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode with the HAT interlayer.
