LTPS and Oxide TFT-Based Micro-LED Pixel Circuits Using Quaternary Digital PWM

Abstract

We proposed and demonstrated micro light-emitting diode (μLED) pixel circuits based on LTPS and oxide TFTs using quaternary digital pulse width modulation (PWM) driving. The fabricated μLED pixel circuit operated based on quaternary digital PWM driving using five sub frames for 10-bit gray levels and short μLED current delay time.
