Abstract

Intra-arterial chemotherapy holds great promise for adenoid cystic carcinoma; globe-preserving surgery with adjuvant radiation also provides comparable outcomes to exenteration, allowing for less invasive surgery in select patients. The following manuscripts describe outcomes with various contrasting treatment paradigms for this challenging malignancy.
