abstract = "In this paper, we propose differential charge pump with negative feedback. The mismatch is generated when the voltage of both ends of the amplifier varies. The proposed Charge Pump adjusts the voltage differences with negative feedback system and therefore reduces mismatch. And also make settling time faster and therefore increase the slew rate of charge-pump. The chip area is \$0.43\textbackslash{}times 0.93\textbackslash{} \textbackslash{}text\{mm\}\textasciicircum{}\{2\}\$ and is implemented in TSMC 55 nm CMOS technology process. The current consumption of this Charge-pump is 0.275",
