Abstract
We fabricated solution-processed ZTO TFTs with various ZTO solutions in order to investigate the effect of H2O on the electrical properties of TFTs. In the case of the ZTO TFT fabricated with H2O added ZTO solution, the mobility and subthreshold slope were better than those of conventional ZTO TFTs.
