title = "Improved temporal resolution of twist imaging using annihilating filter-based low rank Hankel matrix approach",
abstract = "Dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MRI is one of the important tools for diagnosis. In particular, time-resolved angiography with interleaved stochastic trajectories (TWIST) has been widely used thanks to the improved temporal and spatial resolution. However, the temporal resolution of TWIST is not a true one, because the periphery of k-space data from several time frames should be shared to produce one image. To address this issue, here we proposed a high performance low-rank k-space interpolation method that significantly improves the temporal resolution without sacrificing the image quality. The main idea of the proposed method is originated from the state-of-art MR reconstruction methods using annihilating filter-based low rank Hankel matrix approach (ALOHA). Experimental results using in-vivo data showed significantly improved temporal resolution compared with the standard reconstruction method.",
