Abstract

This study investigates consumer interest and concerns about Artificial Intelligence (AI) speakers. An AI speaker, otherwise called a smart speaker, is a wireless speaker and voice command device with an integrated interactive virtual assistant. A general understanding of social issues about and interest in AI technology is acquired through an analysis of keywords on mass media in discussions where AI technology is applied in real life.
