Abstract

(Figure Presented). On page 41, J. H. Cho and co-workers demonstrate a high performance novel photodetector consisting of graphene and a CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite layer, which exhibit a dramatic enhancement of photoresponsivity and effective quantum efficiency with a broad spectral bandwidth. The ultrahigh performance of the perovskite- graphene hybrid photodetector arises from the enhanced photon absorption of the hybrid film and the effective gain effect induced by trapped photoexcited electrons in the perovskite layer.
