Abstract

Fibrous pseudotumor of the epididymis is a rare benign paratesticular tumor clinically resulting in unilateral painless swelling of the scrotum. We report ultrasonographic findings of a case of fibrous pseudotumor of the epididymis with pathologic correlation.
