Abstract
Three-dimensional SiC ceramic microstructures with near-zero shrinkage were fabricated from a simple inorganic polymer mixture by inducing dual photocuring routes to produce highly dense polymer features by stereolithography and subsequent pyrolysis at 600 °C.
