Abstract

In the 2018 edition of Journal of Cardiovascular Ultrasound, we published an article entitled “Early Experiences Using Cocoon Occluders for Closure of a Ventricular Septal Defect” 2018 Sep;26(3):165–174, https://doi.org/10.4250/jcvi.2018.26.e19. There was an error in Figure 2B and C. The patient ID should be removed to avoid personal information disclosure. The authors apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
