Enhanced photovoltaic properties of SiO2-treated ZnO nanocrystalline electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

SiO2-coated ZnO nanocrystalline electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) showed greatly enhanced solar energy conversion efficiency up to 5.2% under AM 1.5 global one sun condition, because of the increased surface stability to acidic dye molecules.
