Abstract

Red quantum dot light emitting diode based on chemically grafted CdSe/Zn1-xCdxS core-shell structure quantum dot-newly synthesized semiconducting polymer hybrids, which exhibit improved device performances in terms of external quantum efficiency, current density and luminescence was studied.
