Abstract

In this work, the sensing characteristics of electrochemical detector (ECD) using Prussian blue (PB) modified indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode is researched. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) and amperometric method were adapted to separate and detect analytes. PB modified ITO electrode is used as a working electrode. PB is a kind of electrocatalyzer and assists to detect analytes effectively. Endocrine disruptors, such as bisphenol A (BPA) which are presented in prevalent dietary, packing material, coating material and throwaway receptacle, were used as testing analytes.
