Electrospray deposition process for Quantum dot multilayer of white light emitting diodes

Abstract

Quantum dot multilayer were formed by staking of red, green and blue quantum dots with electrospray process for white QD-LED. The effect of hole transport layer (HTL) on the stacked layers were studied. Also it was analyzed for förster resonance energy transfer (FRET). The maximum brightness of 1,112 cd m-2 and current efficiency of 2.60 cd A-1 were achieve.
