Abstract

For the enhancement of external efficiency, silver nano-hole array surface is used as an anode that makes the OLED structure corrugated. The structure extracts the light trapped by surface plasmon. We achieved 1.6 times increased external quantum efficiency (EQE). And optical simulations were carried out by FDTD method.
