Abstract

The effect of the interlayer composition on the lifetime and color change after lifetime measurement of the hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) was systematically studied. The hybrid WOLEDs with different interlayer compositions were fabricated and the interlayer composition was correlated with the lifetime and color stability of the devices. It was found that the interlayer composition is critical to the color stability of the WOLEDs before and after lifetime measurement, while the lifetime was not affected by the interlayer composition.
