Design of high efficiency of 98 percent active rectifier with automatic zero voltage and current switching circuit for wireless charging system

Abstract

This paper presents a high efficiency of 98 percent active rectifier with Automatic Zero Voltage and Current Switching circuit (AZVCS). By the proposed AZVCS, rectifier can achieve high efficiency while maintaining stable operation at light load condition. The proposed rectifier is designed in CMOS 0.18 um process and the maximum efficiency is 98 percent at 15 W.
