abstract = "A baseband analog with 4th order complex band-pass filter for Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) 5.0 application in 55 nm CMOS process is presented. It is composed of three variable gain amplifiers (VGA), two 2nd order complex band-pass filter and two dc offset canceller. To reject image signal and adjacent interferers, the complex band-pass filter is used. Dynamic range of baseband analog is 105 dB. The intermediate frequency(IF) and 3 dB bandwidth are 2 MHz 2.4 MHz, respectively, which is target of BLE 5.0 application. A power consumption of baseband analog is 1.42 mW.",
