Design and Implementation of Injection Data Preprocessing Monitoring System Based on Node-RED

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a process for collecting, storing, monitoring and preprocessing data in Node-RED, an open platform, using IoT devices in a smart factory injection manufacturing environment. In the current manufacturing environment, there is a problem due to the server load caused by big data. In order to solve this problem, studies on various aspects of data processing are being conducted. We propose a data processing process that processes data from IoT devices and delivers them to the server, rather than a method that processes all data collected in a smart factory manufacturing environment on a server.
