Dependence of exchange bias on various annealing conditions in MN-IR-PT based spin valves

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

The dependence of exchange bias on various annealing conditions in Mn-Ir-Pt based spin valves (SV) was studied. The blocking temperature (T b) and the thermal stability of exchange bias field at the ramped temperature were also investigated. The results showed that the exchange bias field varied in a bottom exchange bias layer (EBL) employing NiFe seed layer.
