abstract = "This paper proposes a system to compare the difference of color between two parts of a car. It takes the input directly from smartphone camera then extracts values in Lab color space. After that, based on CIEDE2000 formula, the calculated \$\textbackslash{}Delta E\$ represents the color difference between two regions. If this number is lower than 1.15, two colors are classified as the same color. Experimental results of five white panels and a real car show that our system achieve accuracy of 100\% in identifying the same and different pairs of color under various lighting conditions.",
