Abstract
Highlights Collagen-fibrinogen based bioinks was prepared to fabricate 3D skin substitute. A mogul-shaped layer was developed to mimic the rete-ridges structure of skin. The enhanced in vitro cellular activities and mechanical properties were observed. The enhanced wound repair of skin substitutes in in vivo was observed.
