Abstract

In this paper, our research has a focus on minimizing the authentication latency in AAA processing and proposes the model with Fast Handoff scheme to make the better performance to AAA authentication delay for Telematics services. Our approach integrates AAA and Handoff mechanism into one step and uses delegation mechanism between V-AAA server and H-AAA server. The performance of our scheme improves 20% costs rather than conventional approaches.
