title = "A study on portable axial wet cyclone for the fungi collection",
abstract = "As IAQ standards are tightened, fungi measurement is required. It is difficult to measure fungi because of the small amount of fungi in the air. In order to measure them, It is required to increase the concentration of fungi. A developed portable axial wet cyclone (PAWC) collects floating fungi from air to liquid with just small volume of structure. To analyse PAWC dimensions, the commercial code fluent 18.0 was used for numerical analysis. Cut off particle size of PWAC is 1.02 μm. The evaluation was conducted by comparing the concentration in air with liquid. The experiment was conducted with particles and fungi. The concentration in the air and liquid were measured by aerosol spectrometer and FACS, respectively. The fungi concentration in the liquid were predicted by regression analysis. Concentration ratio is about 3,000. PWAC has a high concentration technology and small capacity. it can be applied in various application.",
