Abstract

A new pixel circuit for an active-matrix organic light-emitting dbde (AMOLED) is proposed with a novel driving scheme based on low-Temperature, polycrystalline-silicon thin film transistors (LTPS TFTs). The proposed circuit consists of three n-Type TFTs and a capacitor to successfully compensate for variations of the threshold voltage and mobility in the TFTs.
