Abstract

This paper proposes the novel pixel circuit for Micro-LED display. In order to solve screen distortion, when grayscale representation of Micro-LED is generated, the emission time of Micro-LED is controlled using the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method. In addition, we utilize the LTPO backplane technology to reduce leakage current from storage capacitor.
