Abstract

This paper proposes two more advanced techniques for blocking reverse currents in an Active Rectifier. We propose an Active Rectifier with Enhanced Accuracy Zero Current Sensing (ZCS) and Deglitch Circuit for wireless power transfer system. The proposed two techniques ZCS and Deglitch Circuit is more accurately detect input changes and enhance the Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of Active Rectifier. Using a BCD 0.18 μm fabrication and Operation frequency of Active Rectifier is 150 kHz. The maximum power conversion efficiency is 98.59 % at RLoad=7 Ω and IRECT= 1.6 A, VRECT= 11.2 V.
