Abstract

DDCzPDCN(3,3", 5,5"-tetra(9H-carbazol-9-yl)-[1,1,:4', 1 "-terpheny l]-2,2", 6,6"-tetracarbonitrile) with a donor-acceptor structure was synthesized for effectively separating HOMO and LUMO, so that the gap between singlet energy and triplet energy can be reduced. We fabricated a device for electroluminescence properties of the synthesized compound. The device showed external quantum efficiency of 10.6%.
